Price and payment
- Every build is quoted as one flat price, in writing, before any work starts. The price doesn't move unless we both agree the scope has.
- 50% books your slot and starts the work. The remaining 50% is due when you're happy to go live — not before.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer. Care plans run by Direct Debit and can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, no exit fees.
What's included
- Two rounds of changes are included in every build. Further rounds are quoted honestly before they happen.
- You supply the raw ingredients — prices, photos and answers to a few plain questions. If writing isn't your thing, drafting the words is part of the job.
- Google Business Profile setup or tidy-up is included with every website build.
Ownership
On final payment, everything is yours: the domain, the website files, the hosting account, the Google listing and every login — all registered in your name, not mine. If we part ways, you keep the lot and owe nothing further. No lock-in, ever.
Timelines
Most builds go from first look to live in one to two weeks once your content and details are in. If something on my side will cause a delay, you'll hear about it before it happens, not after.
The Never Ignored Check
The free Check is an automated first-pass score, offered honestly but without warranty — it reads what a page makes visible to a new visitor and to search engines. It's the start of a conversation, not a formal audit.
