How does payment work?
50% books your slot, and the remaining 50% is only due when you're happy to go live. Pay by card, Apple Pay or bank transfer. Care plans run by Direct Debit and cancel with 30 days' notice.
Do I need a full website or just one page?
Most small businesses can start with one strong page. If it shows your services, builds trust and makes contact easy, it beats a bloated five-page site — and you can always add more once it's earning its keep.
Can you improve what I already have?
Yes — refreshes and clean-ups are often the better-value option. Run the free check on your current site and I'll tell you honestly whether it needs a rebuild or a tidy.
Do you only work with North East businesses?
No. I'm based in Gateshead and love working locally, but everything I do — builds, clean-ups, care plans — works the same anywhere.
What do you need from me?
Your prices, your photos, and answers to a few plain questions about your customers. If writing isn't your thing, I'll draft the words for you.
What happens after launch?
